Sprayberry student “ticketed” in electric vehicle Coury Caldwell, Sprayberry High School senior, received a moving violation while driving an electric vehicle (EV) on the high school campus in January. A Cobb County police officer issued the imitation “ticket,” while the class was testing the vehicle for an upcoming EV Rally. Caldwell and 7 other students are part of an EV class at Sprayberry, and are spending the semester putting together the Cobb EMC-sponsored electric go-kart. The students use critical thinking and problem solving skills to learn about math and physics, and then apply this knowledge to modify, test, and drive an EV go-cart. The students entered the vehicle at an EV Rally in which they will compete against schools from across the country on April 25th.

I think I look a little fat in that picture... The cop was nice though, let me off with a warning. Said I didn't have any lights or a license plate.

Do you prefer barbeque briquettes or gas for grilling?
